On-line Particle size
Insitec

Industrial laser diffraction particle size analyser for the process environment .Measures particle size from 0.1 to 1000 um.
In-line: Sensor can be placed in a process line measuring the entire stream of flowing material to conduct the analysis without any disruption to the product flow.
On-line: Sampler, disperser and optics are outside the production line but close and directly coupled. The sampler takes either continuously or with high frequency a representative sample and feeds it through the disperser and the optics. After the measurement the sample is returned to the process line or another collection system.
At-line: The analysis can be done on samples which the operator brings to the analyzer or samples that are taken from the production by a customer existing sampling method. At-line systems are often integrated into robotic laboratories.
Parsum

The Parsum probe works on a patented fiber optic particle counting principle called Spatial Filter Velocimetry. It simultaneously measures particle size and velocity of individual particles with an average particle size of 50 to 6000 um.
Wipware

WipFrag is photoanalysis software designed to quantify the size distribution of virtually any unconsolidated material in the field, lab or office
WipFrag Momentum is a completely automated photoanalysis system for measuring the size distribution of unconsolidated material on multiple conveyor belts in real time without disrupting production. This technology is highly configurable and performs well in harsh industrial environments for process automation and historical reference.
WipFrag Solo is a completely automated analysis system for measuring the size distribution of material on conveyor belts without disrupting production. Mission critical hardware, sophisticated sampling logic, OPC connectivity and a powerful database allow information to be collected and shared in realtime 24/7 which allows WipFrag Solo to be the eyes of your process environment. WipFrag Solo's outputs have many applications including material characterization, material handling, process optimization, process control, quality control and historical reference.
