Micron will offer you the best possible after sales application and technical support. All Micron technical and sales personnel are routinely factory trained and have gained a large amount of experience supporting over 200 particle characterization systems locally. In situations where the system may have suffered extensive damage, loan/rental units can be made available to avoid the inconvenience of downtime to the customer. 

How it Works
Contact us with your enquiry. We will assist you telephonically (especially in the case of a problem or brake-down as in many cases it is the most effective way to resolve any issues). If needed, we will provide you with a quotation for a call-out or service.

Once we received your official order we will make an appointment to visit you on site.
